Service Description

Compassionate, trauma-informed grief coaching for adults navigating loss, life transitions, and change. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, a relationship, a diagnosis, a shift in identity, or another significant life change, this program offers a supportive space to process your experience and move forward with care. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, culturally responsive, and strengths-based, honoring the unique ways grief can impact emotions, relationships, daily life, and overall well-being. Together, we can explore emotional regulation, self-compassion, nervous system support, meaningful rituals, practical coping strategies, and ways to reconnect with yourself while carrying grief. Services are available in both English and Spanish, creating an accessible and supportive space for individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. Support may include: * Loss of a loved one through death * Anticipatory grief and caregiving journeys * Divorce, separation, or relationship loss * Chronic illness, disability, or health-related changes * Infertility, pregnancy loss, or reproductive challenges * Job loss, retirement, or major life transitions * Identity shifts and life changes * Neurodivergent and autistic individuals experiencing grief * LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking affirming support * Individuals from diverse cultural and bilingual (English/Spanish) communities * Anyone seeking compassionate, nonjudgmental support while navigating loss You do not need to be in crisis or have a recent loss to benefit from grief coaching. Grief can show up months or years later, and support can be helpful at any stage. Core Program Themes 1. Understanding Grief & Loss 2. The Nervous System and Grief 3.
